How to Request Data Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, follow these steps:
- Send an email to delete@decycl.es.
- Include your account username or relevant identifying details.
- Specify whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data related to certain content.
What Happens After Your Request?
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity to protect your data security.
- Your request will be processed within 30 days after verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Types of Data Deleted
When your request is processed, the following data will be removed:
- Account information, including username, email, and API keys.
- Uploaded image and video files.
- Metadata and any stored results associated with your content.
Retention Policy
Certain data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
